In Autumn 2020, WahV started a billposting campaign in Venice presenting a selection of five typical plants of the Venetian lagoon: Zostera Marina, Salicornie, Spartina, Limonium and Salsola soda.
The plants shown in the posters come from herbariums and are therefore dead specimens, normally used for studying and record-keeping. They represent what could be left of the lagoon if the salt marsh is allowed to continue to disappear.
